Kayak Rentals

Everyone must sign our liability waiver before we can get you on the water. You will receive an additional email containing a personalized link to complete the waiver online. Please forward it to your additional guests, this saves a lot of time and headache at the launch so that you can have a better experience.

• Water, Gatorade, or other beverages to keep you hydrated.
• Shoes that can get wet. We recommend tennis shoes or water shoes. Flip-flops generally do not stay on your feet and end up floating down the river.
• Dry clothes and towel. We recommend that you leave these in your car, so you have something dry to change into after your trip is over.

• Comfortable clothing that can get wet and dry quickly.

Every kayak rental includes life jackets and paddles. Life jackets are required when you are on the water. You are welcome to bring your own as well. Every piece of equipment is properly disinfected after each use.

Welcome to Florida we learn to love the rain. But, if there is thunder and lightning and you can not go we will issue a rain check for another day.

Yes, you may get a little wet.

Our kayaks are safe and all our equipment is brand new this year. Depending on age and experience we will help you decide on whether a single or double kayak is best for you.

The simple answer is no. Our employees will give you full instructions before sending you down the road.

It depends on the time of year. And where you go. The best time to see Manatee is April through December. However, if we have a warmer winter some will stay all year. There is a chance to see them all throughout the year. It is very common to see a pod of dolphins frolicking while they feed. Please remember this is nature and while we hope you see them, they don’t always cooperate.

Of course! Bring anything you’d like, Just be safe!

• Always wear your life jacket!
• Leave your valuables at home so you don’t lose them in the river (such as rings, wallets, necklaces, expensive eyeglasses)
• Use a strap to secure eyeglasses or sunglasses.
• Wear shoes that can get wet.
• Don’t tie kayaks together or grab other kayaks.
• Do not throw trash in the water. EVER!.
• Do not bring GLASS BOTTLES. Glass bottles sink to the bottom of the water, create a hazard if broken, and never decompose.
